Educational Qualifications:
Junior Engineer (Mechanical) under joint cadre of Public Works Roads Department and Public Works (Bldg. & NH) Department:
- The candidate must have a Three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any technical institute recognized by the Government.
- The Diploma must be a Regular course.
- Diploma courses obtained through Distance Mode of Education, by whatever name called, will not be accepted.
- Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of at least 1(one) official language of the State of Assam (i.e. Assamese/Bengali/Bodo) except candidates belonging to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council
Eligibility Criteria:-
- As a domicile proof of the candidate for the post of Computer Operator, a Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purposes/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate will be treated as proof of residency, and he/she must upload a copy of the same.

- Higher Secondary/Class-XII passed from the Govt. recognized Board/Council

- Screening Test (OMR based) of 100 (Phase-I) marks

Computer Practical Test – Phase-II:
